**SEO Executive**

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **SEO Executive** to join our growing team. As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to improve our website's visibility and ranking on search engines. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to execute SEO campaigns, analyze data, and optimize web content for search engine performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy & Implementation**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify high-ranking opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Perform technical SEO audits and suggest improvements.
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, title tags, header tags, and internal linking for SEO performance.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of SEO campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Collaborate with content writers to optimize blog posts, articles, and web pages for SEO.
- Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and drives organic traffic.
- **Backlink Building**:

- Execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve rankings.
- Develop relationships with external websites for guest posting opportunities and backlinks.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Use SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to track performance, identify areas of improvement, and report on KPIs.
- Provide monthly reports on website performance, keyword rankings, traffic, and other SEO metrics.
- **Competitor Analysis**:

- Regularly monitor competitors' SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in SEO.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Assist in improving site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawl ability.
- Collaborate with web developers to fix technical issues such as broken links, 404 errors, and duplicate content.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in SEO (preferably 1-3 years) with a strong understanding of SEO best practices and techniques.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to optimize SEO performance.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends, tools, and industry developments.

**Desired Skills (Optional)**:

- Experience with ecommerce SEO.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify.
- Familiarity with paid search (PPC) and other digital marketing channels.
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization methods.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
