Data Posting of import/export documentation both within and outside of the scope of SAP
- Process and ensure the accuracy of customs documentation
- Assist freight forwarders and customs brokers with import and export issues associated with all shipments.
- Review for accuracy and Process freight invoices
- Track, trace, and report shipments to ensure timely delivery to all the Companys
- Review thoroughly and print all import and Export documentation to ensure full Import and Export
- Compliance, per Indian Customs rules and regulations, inclusive of recordkeeping
- Import and Export Freight Costs Data, Import/Export tracking for Indian Customs and the Company's accounting department, where needed.
- Assist in process of Drawback claims as needed
- Work outside of normal hours of operation, as needed, in order to fulfill essential functions and responsibilities.
- Banking Documentation Imports and export

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Import/Export Documentation: 4 years (required)
