- **EST**: 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM
- **PST**: 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the **full recruitment life cycle**, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with US-based clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Use **Applicant Tracking System (ATS)** to manage recruitment activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 0-3 years of experience in **US Non-IT recruitment**:

- Strong knowledge of **US employment laws** and hiring processes
- Experience with **high-volume recruitment**, handling 100-150 calls per day
- Familiarity with job boards like **Indeed, LinkedIn**, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work **night shifts aligned with US time zones (EST/PST)**

- **Bachelor's degree**
