**Roles and Responsibilities**

A)Planning:

- 1. Area Development & long-term strategy w.r.t. Turnover, Network for Helmet as Product.
- 2. Liaoning with Distributors to communicate and take commitment on annual sales targets
- set by the company for Helmets Sales for their area.
- 3. Annual and Monthly Goal Setting / Target setting for the team members.
- 4. Product planning and forecasting for Helmet Sales to ensure achievement in planning vs
- Actual. Ensure accuracy in planning and actual.
- 5. Activity Planner (for self & team) Submission and Implementation as planned in Helmet
- Sales, keeping in control Expense vs Business Gain in Co-ordination with RH and
- Marketing.
- 6. Travel Matrix [beat plan] planning of team and reviewing "Fit to Purpose" [agenda based]
- travel on 3-month rolling basis.
- B)Sales & Collection:

- 1. Driving primary and monitoring secondary sales as per KRA for the achievement of state
- targets on Month on Month basis for helmets.
- 2. Keeping Credit under control and as per company policy with Nil Credit above 90 days in
- their respective area.
- 3. Coordination with SCM to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of booked orders.
- 4. Drive product schemes and map business gain to justify the investment
- C)Network Analysis and Expansion:

- 1. Reviewing of both primary and secondary network strength in every District.
- 2. On-Boarding of New BPs as per the Market requirement as per company policy.
- 3. BP Potential / Health as per Brand Business Hygiene requirements (Manpower,
- infrastructure, Sales resources, payment history, etc.) and propose replacement/addition
- of BP in the area.
- D)Other Activities:

- 1. Keeping BP Sales team updated in Product range by providing periodic training in
- Coordination with PMG.
- 2. Keeping track of Competitor movement in Product range and providing Information to
- Concerned departments.
- 3. Providing regular feedback to PMG for New Product requirements/Product Improvement
- as per the market trends.
