**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced.NET Core Architect with expertise in the MAUI (Multi-platform App UI) framework to join our team. As a.NET Core Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, performant, and cross-platform software solutions using the latest technologies and best practices. You will play a critical role in driving the technical direction, architecture, and guidance for our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and architect robust, scalable, and cross-platform software solutions based on.NET Core and the MAUI framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural patterns, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency, reusability, and maintainability across projects.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to development teams, helping them solve complex technical challenges and ensuring adherence to architectural principles.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with other architects and technical stakeholders to align architectural decisions and strategies across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the MAUI framework, including building cross-platform UI components and integrating with native platform capabilities.
- Solid understanding of architectural patterns, principles, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable software systems.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies, including JavaScript frameworks and CSS frameworks, to collaborate effectively with front-end teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in.NET Core, MAUI, or related technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified:.NET Core) would be a plus.
