- We are looking for professionals with Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP experience to process Vendor Invoices accurately and respond to queries to ensure timely payment of these Invoices_

- Responsibilities_
- _Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices_
- _Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc._
- _Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices / queries are handled taking based on the exception tracker_
- _Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention_
- _Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes._
- _Follow up with requisitions (via calls/ mails or tickets) to solve hold invoice as per the AP guideline_
- _Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities_
- _Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are handled as per the guidelines_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Good communication skills, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (in English)_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _SAP, Mainframe and SAP/HANA, Experience in Blue Yonder_
- _Good knowledge of MS office_
- _Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy, and flexibility_
- _Ability to handle multifaceted volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis_
