**About the Role**: We are looking for a dynamic and skilled SAP S/4HANA BI/BO Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust reporting and analytical solutions leveraging the full potential of SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP BusinessObjects (BO), and potentially SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs and translate them into effective, high-performance analytical solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Requirements Gathering & Analysis**:

- Collaborate with business users and functional consultants to understand reporting, dashboard, and analytical requirements.
- Analyze existing data sources and business processes to identify data relevant for reporting.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for BI/BO solutions.
- **Data Modeling & Design (S/4HANA & BW/4HANA)**:

- Design and optimize data models within SAP S/4HANA (e.g., CDS Views, ABAP Core Data Services) for embedded analytics.
- Develop and enhance data models in SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA, including InfoObjects, DSOs, InfoCubes (if applicable), ADSOs, Composite Providers, and Open Hub Destinations.
- Implement and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using various tools and techniques (e.g., BW Process Chains, BODS).
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all analytical solutions.
- **Reporting & Dashboard Development (SAP BO & SAC)**:

- Develop interactive reports and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects tools such as Web Intelligence, Lumira Designer/Discovery, Analysis for Office, and Crystal Reports.
- Create and extend Fiori apps and KPIs using KPI Modeler in S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
- **Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting**:

- Monitor and optimize the performance of existing BI/BO reports and data models.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, report errors, and performance issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis for identified problems and implement corrective measures.
- **Integration**:

- Work on integrating SAP S/4HANA with various SAP and non-SAP source systems for data extraction and consumption.
- Understand and utilize different data provisioning methods to HANA (e.g., SLT, SDI, ODP).
- **Documentation & Support**:

- Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support, resolve production issues, and perform ongoing maintenance.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to clients.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- **2-4 years of hands-on experience** in SAP Business Intelligence and Business Objects, with at least **1-2 years of experience specifically on SAP S/4HANA analytics.**:

- Hands-on experience with **SAP BW on HANA or BW/4HANA** for data warehousing and modeling.
- Experience with **SAP BusinessObjects (BO) tools**, including Web Intelligence, Analysis for Office, and Crystal Reports.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling principles (star schema, snowflake schema).
- Knowledge of **SAP HANA native modeling** (Calculation Views, Attribute Views, Analytic Views) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with **SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)** for reporting, planning, and predictive analytics is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of core SAP S/4HANA functional modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD) to better understand business data.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting and ability to write complex queries.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
