**Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelors or Masters in social work or any relevant discipline preferred.
- This position work 24 X 7 nights and day.
- Prefer experience of working with vulnerable girls of marginalized community.
- Experience of managing shelter operations and programming.
- Passion and compassion for working with girls.
- Written and oral proficiency in Hindi language. Knowledge of English preferred.
- Good documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Looking for immediate joiners.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
