**Patient Care**:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and conditions, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and assist with other medical procedures.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity during all nursing activities.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families, addressing their concerns and needs.
- **Clinical Procedures**:
- Assist with or perform clinical procedures as required (e.g., blood sampling, catheterization, and intubation).
- Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control procedures in all patient care tasks.
- Record and document patient information accurately in medical charts or electronic health records (EHR).
- Manage medical equipment and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, and other nurses to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
- Communicate patient condition changes or concerns promptly to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ward rounds, team meetings, and care planning discussions.
- Actively contribute to the development of care plans and patient assessments.
- **Education and Training**:
- Provide health education to patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Mentor and support junior nursing staff or nursing students.
- Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) activities, training, and workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and manage patient documentation, reports, and care plans in a timely manner.
- Assist with inventory management of medical supplies and equipment in the ward.
- **Safety and Compliance**:
- Ensure patient safety by adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Report and document incidents or adverse events, ensuring patient safety is prioritized.
- Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and adherence to infection control standards.
- Maintain knowledge of current healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Educational Requirements**:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Nursing or DGNM).
- Valid nursing license (as per country/region’s regulatory body).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
