Location:

- **SHAHJAHANPUR (NEEMRANA) DELHI-JAIPUR HIGHWAY**

Position Overview: The Store Executive is responsible for managing the inventory and day-to-day coordination with the purchase and production departments. This role requires a good understanding of inventory management, excellent coordination skills, and proficiency in Tally software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movements, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring stock availability for production and customer orders.
- Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment activities to avoid stockouts and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Coordination with Purchase Department: Collaborate with the purchase department to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies as per production requirements. Communicate stock needs, lead times, and any inventory-related concerns to the purchase team.
- Coordination with Production Department: Liaise with the production department to understand their material requirements, plan deliveries, and coordinate stock availability for smooth production operations.
- Goods Receipt and Inspection: Receive incoming materials, conduct quality inspections, verify quantities against purchase orders, and ensure proper documentation of goods received.
- Inventory Control: Implement effective inventory control measures, such as FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and LIFO (Last-In, First-Out), to minimize obsolescence and inventory holding costs.
- Stock Movement and Storage: Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of stock within the store, adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining proper stock organization for easy retrieval.
- Tally Operations: Utilize Tally software for recording inventory transactions, generating stock reports, and conducting inventory reconciliation.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, update inventory records in Tally, and generate reports related to stock levels, consumption, and other inventory metrics.
- Coordination with Logistics: Collaborate with the logistics team to arrange and coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory management, recommend solutions, and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Inventory Management: Solid understanding of inventory management principles, including stock control, stocktaking, and inventory valuation methods.
- Coordination Skills: Excellent coordination and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the purchase and production departments.
- Tally Proficiency: Proficient in using Tally software for inventory management, generating reports, and conducting reconciliations.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation, stock counts, and inventory records.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve inventory-related issues efficiently and proactively.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or training in inventory management and Tally software will be an advantage

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
