Job Title: Podcast Editor

Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled and creative Podcast Editor to join our team. As a Podcast Editor, you will be responsible for editing video and audio recordings, recording podcasts, and publishing content on our podcast channel. If you have a passion for storytelling, excellent technical skills, and attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Video and Audio Editing: Edit video and audio recordings of podcasts, interviews, and other content using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Audacity.

2. Recording Podcasts: Assist in recording podcasts, including setting up equipment, monitoring sound levels, and ensuring high-quality audio.

3. Publishing Content: Publish edited podcasts on our podcast channel, including writing descriptions, and optimizing for search.

4. Camera Skills: Operate cameras to record high-quality video, including setting up lighting, framing shots, and monitoring sound levels.

5. Sound Recording: Record high-quality audio, including setting up microphones, monitoring sound levels, and minimizing background noise.

6. Content Optimization: Optimize podcast content for maximum engagement, including writing compelling titles, descriptions.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with hosts, producers, and other team members to ensure high-quality content and timely delivery.

**Requirements**:
1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in video and audio editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Audacity.

2. Camera Skills: Experience operating cameras, including setting up lighting, framing shots, and monitoring sound levels.

3. Sound Recording: Experience recording high-quality audio, including setting up microphones, monitoring sound levels, and minimizing background noise.

4. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, including ability to edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including ability to work closely with team members and communicate effectively with hosts and producers.

6. Time Management: Strong time management skills, including ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Nice to Have:
1. Experience in Podcasting: Experience working in podcasting, including recording, editing, and publishing podcasts.

2. Knowledge of SEO: Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles, including ability to optimize podcast content for maximum engagement.

3. Experience with Social Media: Experience managing social media accounts, including ability to promote podcast content and engage with audiences.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Video editing: 2 years (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
