**JD - Internship Position:Quant Trader**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist our market-making team in the dynamic and fast-paced crypto and blockchain industry. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting the market-making process, helping the team maintain liquidity, and managing the operations of various cryptocurrency markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the market makers in monitoring and managing crypto trading pairs on multiple exchanges.- Help with liquidity management, ensuring tight spreads and optimal trade execution.- Perform daily analysis of market trends, price fluctuations, and trading volumes.- Support in creating strategies to improve market performance and efficiency.- Collaborate with the market-making team to track trading data and performance metrics.
- Conduct research on new cryptocurrency markets and assets to identify opportunities.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and trading principles.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Familiarity with crypto exchanges, trading platforms, and basic market terminology.- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Enthusiasm to learn about market dynamics in the crypto industry.
