**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers visiting the showroom, understand their needs, and provide them with information about our range of vehicles, including features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and features, and address any concerns or questions raised by customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their preferences and buying behavior and follow up with them to encourage sales closure.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, and participate in sales meetings to discuss strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring maximum profitability while meeting customer needs and expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the automobile industry and showroom environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively within a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Knowledge of automotive products, features, and specifications, with a passion for automobiles and enthusiasm for staying updated on industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Showroom sales: 1 year (preferred)
