A PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) Chemistry teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive chemistry lessons to high school students, preparing them for board and competitive exams, and fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves creating lesson plans, conducting experiments, assessing student performance, and providing guidance on complex chemical concepts. Key Responsibilities:

- **Teaching**:Developing and delivering engaging chemistry lessons aligned with the curriculum, including lectures, demonstrations, and laboratory experiments.
- **Curriculum Development**:Creating and implementing lesson plans, instructional materials, and resources that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:Assessing student progress through tests, assignments, and practicals, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of student performance.
- **Laboratory Management**:Supervising and guiding students in laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining lab records.
- **Student Support**:Mentoring students, providing guidance on academic and career paths, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- **Collaboration**:Working with colleagues to share best practices, develop interdisciplinary content, and contribute to the overall development of the school's science program.
- **Professional Development**:Staying updated with the latest developments in chemistry and teaching methodologies, attending workshops, and participating in professional development activities.
- **Communication**:Maintaining effective communication with parents, providing updates on student progress, and addressing concerns.

Pay: ₹39,825.88 - ₹45,449.89 per month
