Communicating with HR teams of different organizations and tapping into their latest technical requirements.
- Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions.
- Keeping abreast of latest job opening in different organizations.
- Handling existing clients and their current job openings.
- Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies.
- Business development through identification of new clients and getting in touch with them for their requirements.
- Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the position.
**Job requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience as a IT recruiter.
- Must have good understanding of all technologies and technical skills.
- Should have good knowledge of use social media platform for the recruitment purpose.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
