**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to US-based potential clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Explain products/services, address customer queries, and persuade clients to take action.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales and cold calling (US market preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and turn prospects into customers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to work in US time zones (Night Shift).
