**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Engaging Visual Content**:
Create graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and print materials.
Ensure all designs align with branding and marketing strategies.
- **Collaborate with Teams**:
Work with marketing, content, and social media teams to produce creative assets.
Support campaigns with cohesive and impactful designs.
- **Conceptualize and Execute Designs**:
Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects, including logos, advertisements, and product visuals.
- **Ensure Brand Consistency**:
Maintain design consistency and uphold brand guidelines across all materials.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:
Keep up with current design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure innovative work.
- **Optimize Designs for Performance**:
Prepare designs for both digital and print use, ensuring high quality and performance across platforms.
- **Revise and Improve Existing Designs**:
Update designs based on feedback to deliver polished, final assets.

**Who Will Qualify**
- **Experience**:
2-4 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Experience working with e-commerce businesses or startups is advantageous.
- **Skills**:
Proficient in creating high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent content.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Ability to analyze data effectively and use insights to drive content optimization.
Familiarity with paid advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- **Proven Results**:
Demonstrated ability to grow social media channels, increase engagement, and achieve marketing objectives.
Track record of improving user acquisition, engagement, and lead generation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
