Developing implementing, and maintaining the food safety management system (FSMS) in strict adherence to relevant standards such as HACCP, ISO,22000,and FSSC 22000
**.**Leading and managing the food safety team, providing guidance, support and comprehensive training to foster a culture of food safety excellence throughout the organization
**.** Conducting regular inspection and audits of manufacturing facilities process and procedures to identify and promptly address potential food safety hazards and noncompliance issues.
**.**collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including production quality assurance and regulatory affairs to proactively implement corrective and preventive action and continually enhance food safety practices.
**.**reviewing and updating food safety policies procedures and documentation to reflect changes in regulations industry best practices and our company evolving requirements.
**.**Monitoring and analyzing food safety performance metrics such as microbiological testing results sanitation records and compliance audits to gauge progress and pinpoint areas for improvement.
**.**serving as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies customer and third-party auditors on all matters pertaining to food safety ensuring prompt responses and effective communication.
**.** Conducting comprehensive training session and workshops for employees on essential food safety principles hygiene practices and the proper handling of ester gum products
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
