**Responsibilities**:
**Reimbursement Management**:
1. Process and validate sales team reimbursement claims in a timely manner.

2. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure smooth disbursal of reimbursements.

3. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

**Tracking & Reporting**:
1. Use Bizom to monitor field force performance, attendance, and daily activities.

2. Extract, analyze, and share relevant sales and operations reports from Bizom.

3. Track primary and secondary sales data and flag discrepancies to relevant teams.

**Excel Reporting**:
1. Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Excel.

2. Use functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, and Charts for data

analysis.

3. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.

**Sales Team Support**:
1. Act as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments.

2. Provide administrative and back-end support to ensure smooth operations.

3. Assist in onboarding of new sales personnel.
- Any Graduate 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting).
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
