- Report daily work progress and material requirements to site engineers or project managers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **10 years of relevant experience** in residential and commercial building projects.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and reinforcement detailing.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of steel workers.
- Good communication and site coordination skills.
