**Responsibility**:

- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming merchandise or materials. Update inventory databases or systems to reflect the current stock levels accurately.
- Stock Organization: Properly store items and materials to maintain their quality and prevent damage. Implement a systematic arrangement to facilitate easy retrieval when needed.
- Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate purchase requisitions or orders to restock low inventory items. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming goods for quality and compliance with specifications. Identify and address any discrepancies or issues with received items.
- Issuance and Distribution: Process requests and issue materials or products to relevant departments or customers. Maintain a record of all stock movements.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, withdrawals, and returns. Prepare reports on stock levels, consumption, and trends.
- Stock Security: Implement security measures to prevent theft, loss, or damage to stock. Use security systems and conduct regular stock audits.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that the storage facilities, shelves, and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations related to storage and inventory management.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to optimize inventory levels and support business operations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field may be beneficial.
- Proven experience as a storekeeper, inventory clerk, or similar role, demonstrating knowledge of stock management procedures.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and tools for tracking and reporting stock levels.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and managing inventory data.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks, such as lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and suppliers effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities to resolve any issues related to stock management or discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, depending on the size of the store or warehouse.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
