Responsibilities:

- **Production Management**:Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations and efficient utilization of resources.
- **Process Optimization**:Identify and implement improvements to production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- **Quality Control**:Enforce and maintain quality standards throughout the production process, from raw material sourcing to finished product packaging.
- **Inventory Management**:Track and manage raw material and finished product inventory to ensure adequate supply and prevent stockouts.
- **Safety Compliance**:Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and guidelines in the workplace.
- **Team Leadership**:Supervise and train production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of production activities, including raw material usage, production yields, and quality control data.
- **Problem Solving**:Identify and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Experience**:Previous experience in a spice manufacturing or food processing environment is highly desirable.
- **Education**:A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Food Science, Engineering) is often preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,277.69 - ₹34,446.65 per month
