**ECommerce Executive**

**Location: Kottivakkam, Perungudi, Chennai**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations and all e-commerce channels/marketplace activities.
- Co-ordinate with Graphic Designer and Content Writer to update the catalogs.
- Ensuring the catalog is up to date on all portals.
- Maintaining price parity across channels and active marketplaces.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure healthy inventory and stock levels across all channels.
- Monitor Competitor prices on day to day.
- Replying to customer queries via mail.
- Organized with great attention to detail, highly flexible and adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment.

**Desired Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / CS / IT
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills
- Should be able to grasp things quickly.
- Strong planning and project management skills.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
