UX Designer / Product Designer with UI design knowledge will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs that enhance the overall learning experience for students, teachers, and parents.

The Incumbent must have Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years’ UX / Design experienceProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) or equivalent.

Must have worked in any product company

Must have designed user journeys, persona mapping etc

Must have designed any mobile app.

Product discovery & Design - Blending creativity and best practices in product discovery phase to solve real life problems. Design and conduct user research, understand and map user personas, create customer user journeys. Create and manage the resultant artifacts during the discovery phase. KeepUser-Centered Design: Utilize your expertise in user-centered design principles to understand business requirements and user feedback, ensuring that design decisions are aligned with the needs and preferences. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, such as responsiveness issues, and propose effective solutions to enhance usability and accessibility across our productsDesign Process: Lead the design process from concept to execution, including creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-upsUI Design: Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, and design patterns that maintain consistency and coherence across all interfaces of our productsUI Elements: Design and refine UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components to optimize usability.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
