**Responsibilities**:
1. Receive and process sales orders accurately and promptly.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely fulfillment of orders.

Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers as needed.

2. **Customer Communication**: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing product/service information.

3. **Sales Support**: Assist sales representatives in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to gather the information and documentation required for the sales process.

Maintain an organized database of customer interactions, sales leads, and prospects.

4. **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.

Assist in inventory reconciliation and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

5. **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and analysis for review by the sales manager.

Identify trends and patterns to provide insights that can enhance the sales strategy.

6. **Administrative Tasks**: Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and managing calendars for the sales team.

Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for sales representatives.

7. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure effective communication

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
