**Job Details**:
**ERP and Consolidation Systems Administrator, FP&A**

**Purpose**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**OneStream Administration**:

- Manage and support consolidation tools used for financial reporting and analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial data from multiple sources.
- Build out and maintain reports and dashboards to support financial planning and analysis.
- Update the budget and forecast scenarios within the system

**ERP Support**:

- Maintain budget and forecast synchronization
- Perform the monthly foreign currency translation process

**System Integration and Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities for system improvements and process enhancements, implementing solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

**User Support and Training**:

- Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing system-related inquiries and issues.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, guides, and training materials.

**Data Management and Security**:

- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the ERP and consolidation systems.
- Implement and enforce data governance and security policies.

**Project Management**:

- Lead or participate in system upgrade projects, including planning, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements and new implementations.

**Education / Experience Required**:
**Education / Work Experience**
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance. Relevant certifications (e.g. ERP certifications) are a plus
- Proven experience as a Financial Systems Administrator, with hands-on experience in managing metadata and consolidation workflows.
- Strong understanding of ERP and financial consolidation processes, including integration and data management.
- Proficiency in OneStream is required
- Experience with key financial statements is necessary, such as the balance sheet and income statement
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Skills / Other Requirements**
- Solid understanding of the overall financial planning function and understanding of reporting processes and technology tools
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint are required
- Experience with Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle a plus
- Experience with.Net coding
- Experience with managing large data sets with tools such as Power Query and Power Automate
- The ability to act and operate independently with mínimal daily direction to accomplish objectives
- The ability to perform many complex and confidential tasks with speed and accuracy
