**Key Responsibilities**

Telecalling:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.
- Explain the company’s products/services and address initial queries.
- Build strong relationships and rapport with prospective clients over the phone.
- Schedule and confirm product demos.
- Follow up with leads to ensure continued engagement and move them through the sales funnel.

Demo Delivery:

- Conduct engaging and professional software demonstrations tailored to the client’s specific needs.
- Highlight key features and benefits of the software during live or virtual sessions.
- Address customer queries or concerns during the demo and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collect feedback from demo sessions to improve future presentations.

General:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and market trends.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Excellent communication skills**: Fluency in English, Hindi is a must.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or demo delivery is preferred.
- **Presentation skills**: Ability to conduct engaging, persuasive, and professional demonstrations.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain software features.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to work.
- Educational background: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Patiala, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Diploma (preferred)
