Exhibit a good understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices "Ability to visualize a feature end-to-end product and work with mínimal supervision " Execute Automated test and analyze test results Technical Skill - Must Have Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in QA Role Strong knowledge in Oracle, SQL queries Good knowledge on Unix Strong analytic and problem solving skills Experience in using tools like Jira, Rally Must have experience in QA role in a Agile delivery model & have solid knowledge on QA Process Familiar with agile methodology scrum calls, retrospective ,sprint planning ,user story effort and point estimation Technical Skill - Manual Functional Testing skills Experience in Test Automation using selenium (will be added advantage) Professional Attributes Should be individual player in the team with mínimal supervision Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills are must for this role This role would require working in Agile team Excellent problem-solving skills.
