**Role description** Roles & Responsibilities of Admin Officer (SCB and OI Dadra Plant)**

Day to Day Admin function related activity handling

Ability to support both external and internal stakeholders through accurate reporting and resolved if any query

Internal and External customers Audits/ ISO Audits handling and required documentations work

Handling Sr.executive / Customer visit handling and arrange the required Admin services and hospitality

5

Monthly Admin vendor invoices process as per define contract terms and record maintances

6

Timely and effectively taking services from all the vendors as per agreement and settle the payment on time.

Admin related compliances fulfilment and maintain the required documents as per required compliances

Maintaining monthly Admin expenses vs Budget allocation and mis record update on month on month

Timely renewal of Admin AMC and contracts with the help of SCM team

9

Ensuring pantry and canteen services smooth operation and monitoring

10

Employees transportation facility and Shift vehicle management

11

Drive employees engagement events /festival celebrations

Admin Infrastructure upgradation and ensure Admin Assets all time in working condition

monitoring plant up keeping activity +work place hygiene+ Garden maintenance + Pest control services + HK manpower monitoring

Arrangement of Employees Visa/ Forex/ matrix calling card

Ensure plant and office building maintenance work as and when required

**Education and Experience**:

- Experience working in the Admin function of any Manufacturing/ Services organization
- 6-7 years’ experience

Good Communications Skill and inter personal relationship.
**Skills**
Very Good Communication, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving, Domain Knowlege of working in Manufacturing setup.
