Reporting to: Director
**Roles & responsibilities**
**Director Assignments**:
1. Responsible for executing Director’s instructions across the Company. Manage all communications received and sent to the Director
2. Manage and Maintain Director’s Calendar. Coordinate meeting timings and invites for meetings. Make travel arrangements.
3. Ensure updating of documents related to the Director. Collect all the daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports various departments and submit to Director. Maintain all Director Files and records.
**HR & Admin Tasks**
1. Rentals: Organising rental agreements for staff accommodation, labour accommodation and office rentals. Coordination of monthly rental payments
2. Oversee administrative functions at head office - stationery, visitor registers, record filing, despatch, housekeeping, travel desk, amc, repairs and maintenance, fuel reimbursement and petty cash, letterheads, visiting cards, etc. Ensure smooth functioning of office Administrative activities.
3. Organise new project Bhoomi Pooja, company events for festivals and annual day function; Distribute corporate gifts to clients and architects.
4. Oversee and coordinate ISO audits, HR audits, Safety Auits, etc with consultants and office staff.
**Personal Assignments**:
1. Maintain director chequebooks, digital signatures, bank accounts, stock statements, etc.
2. Arrange timely payments for credit cards, utility bills, insurances, etc.
3. Maintain timely statutory remittance for Income tax, PPF, EPF, gratuity, etc. in liaison with auditors.
4. Coordinate for pickup/drop-offs.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
