Who We’re Looking For:
Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, wiring, and setup of home automation systems at customer premises.
- Conducting electrical wiring and connections as per installation requirements.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and automation system issues.
- Providing installation instructions and basic maintenance training to customers.
- Conducting pre-sales site inspections to assess installation feasibility.
- Performing post-sales support & servicing to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collecting and reporting after-sales service data to the Regional Operations Manager.
- Coordinating with the sales team for technical support.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills:

- **ITI Certification in Electrical** or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of **networking and automation systems** (preferred but not required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork (visiting client locations for installation & servicing).
- Good communication skills for client interactions.
