To contribute to the formation of the strategy and plans at the Departmental Executive level.To contribute to the planning and managing of the Department’s human, financial and physical resources with particular responsibility for the management and development of teaching laboratories.To oversee the mentoring and career development of academic staff, specifically ECRs and lecturers.To assist with the management of the Department’s academic staff, including allocation of workloads, staff development and performance reviews, recruitment and selection, health and safety.To undertake additional responsibilities as periodically agreed with the Head of Department.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹41,833.89 per month
