**Back Office Executive - Job Description**

**Location**: Sadar, Nagpur
**Salary**: ₹9,000 - ₹12,000
**Experience**: Minimum 3 years
**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM

**Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Documentation Work**:

- Work with **Tally / Busy software** for basic accounting, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Prepare and manage **quotations, purchase orders, and invoices**.
- Provide **support to the owner** in daily operations and office tasks.
- Assist with **accounts-related tasks**, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Scan, organize, and maintain **files and important documents** systematically.
- **Create and manage Excel sheets** for data tracking, reports, and analysis.
- **Prepare attendance sheets** and maintain employee records.

**Technical & Field Work**:

- Basic knowledge of **CCTV, biometric systems, FTTH, networking, and related technologies**.
- Support in **technical coordination** with vendors, clients, and installation teams.
- Willingness to **perform fieldwork** when required.
- **Two-wheeler is mandatory** for on-site visits and client meetings.

**Sales & Marketing Support**:

- Assist in **marketing activities**, including lead generation and customer outreach.
- Perform **cold calling** and follow-ups to acquire new clients.
- Handle **customer inquiries** and maintain client databases.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers as needed.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience in **Tally / Busy software** for accounting and invoicing.
- Ability to create and manage **attendance sheets and data reports**.
- **Tech-savvy** with a good understanding of **CCTV, biometric, FTTH, and networking** (basic level).
- **Managerial skills** - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Good **communication and negotiation skills** for cold calling and marketing.
- Ability to work independently and handle **multiple tasks efficiently**.
- Open to **fieldwork when required**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree or diploma** in **Commerce / Business Administration / IT / any relevant field**.
- **Prior experience** in back-office support, accounting, marketing, or sales is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
