**Recruitment Specialist - US Staffing.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Source profiles from various job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed and other social network sources.
- Headhunting, references, Social media recruiting, and internal database.
- Partner with our onsite sales team in North America to understand the client’s needs and requirements
- Ability to prioritize multiple function and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- Managing full-lifecycle of recruitment (full-. time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, and reference checking.
- Utilize social media recruiting skills to market open positions, attract talent, and build online communities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
