- Conduct thorough research to support business documents.
- Collaborate with departments for information gathering.
- **Social Media Content Creation**:

- Develop and execute social media content strategies across multiple platforms.
- Write and curate engaging, high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency in collaboration with the marketing team.
- **Content Management**:

- Maintain a content calendar for timely content delivery.
- Optimize content for SEO and engagement.
- Track and analyze content performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business writing and social media content creation.
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a similar role within Infocresst.
- Knowledge of content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
