Garment Supervisor

**1.Planning and coordinating production schedules, including manning, production costs, and implementing quality control programs**

**2.** **Collaborating with other departments and staff members to set goals, make decisions, and resolve any issues.**

**3.** **Managing production budgets and ensuring resources are used optimally.**

**4.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and ethical practices.**

**5.Conducting frequent meetings with production supervisors and workers to review overall performance and set targets.**

**6.Maintain production records develop Weekly /Monthly production MIS and share it with senior management.**

**7.Evaluating staff performance and making decisions on promotions, transfers and dismissals.**

**8.Overall, the garments production manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality garments, while ensuring that all stakeholders adhere to ethical and safety standards.**
