Job Description: Welder (ARC and CO2) and Grinderman

**Position**: Welder (ARC and CO2) and Grinderman
**Location**: Ambernath and Rabale
**Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in similar roles
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Welder (ARC and CO2)**:

- Per specifications and project requirements, perform welding tasks using ARC and CO2 welding techniques.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, or assembling as needed.
- Ensure weld quality and compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
- Perform post-welding checks for quality assurance, such as visual inspections and testing.

**Grinderman**:

- Operate grinders to remove excess material, smooth surfaces, or prepare edges for welding.
- Inspect and maintain grinding tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform finishing work on welded components to meet specified standards.
- Follow all safety protocols while operating grinding tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Welder (ARC and CO2) and Grinderman.
- Knowledge of welding and grinding tools, techniques, and safety precautions.
- Familiarity with quality standards and inspection processes.
- Physically fit to handle equipment and perform tasks efficiently.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong technical skills in ARC and CO2 welding.
- Precision and attention to detail in grinding and welding work.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Good understanding of workplace safety and hazard prevention.
