Navi Mumbai, India NOTO - Healthy Ice Creams Full time

**Background & purpose of the position**:
Position based in NOTO’s Innovation department in Navi Mumbai. Scope of this position is New Product Development department, responsible for developing & launching new products Pan India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in building new products & new range of products
- End to end working on product including ideation, incubation, development, launch
- Doing research, planning trials, formulating recipes, scanning the formulations, improving the formulation basis feedback
- Conduct commercial trials, record recipes accurately
- Costing & nutritional calculation of formulation
- Setting effective production processes for new launches
- Troubleshooting for all formulation pre & post launch
- Generate new product ideas, create project reports basis research

**Educational qualification**:

- Graduate, post graduate in food science & technology

**Work experience**:

- Atleast 3 years of experience working in R&D, Product development
- Dairy & ice cream experience preferred

**Key skills**:

- Good communication skills (verbal/written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Attention to detail & persistent attitude to work on trials
- Proactive, driven to make contribution

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
