**Job Description** for the position of **Office Peon cum Attendant**:
**Job Title**: Office Peon cum Attendant
**Location**: Chandigarh

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Reporting To**: Office Manager / Admin Officer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Opening and closing the office premises.
- Carrying files and documents within the office and to/from external locations if required.
- Assisting in photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.
- Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of office premises (pantry, meeting rooms, etc.).
- Handling basic errands such as bank, post office, and courier tasks.
- Supporting office staff with minor clerical work.
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum education: 8th / 10th Pass.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of office etiquette and hygiene.
- Physically fit and punctual.
- Honest, responsible, and courteous in behavior.

**Working Hours**:
8:30am
- 6:00pm
**Salary**: 8500-10000

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

**Language**:
