**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled **General & Laparoscopic Surgeon** to join our surgical team at Cygnus Superspeciality Hospital, Kurukshetra. The role involves performing a wide range of general surgeries as well as advanced laparoscopic procedures, while ensuring patient safety, quality care, and excellent clinical outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform elective and emergency **general and laparoscopic surgeries** (e.g., gall bladder, appendix, hernia, etc.).
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnostics, and develop surgical treatment plans.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
- Handle surgical emergencies with precision and timely decision-making.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other specialists for optimal patient outcomes.
- Counsel patients and families about procedures, risks, and recovery process.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- MS/DNB in General Surgery (Fellowship/Certification in Laparoscopic Surgery preferred).
- 2-5 years of independent surgical experience including laparoscopic procedures.
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
