Site Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Site Coordination**:

- Act as the primary on-site contact for project managers, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and machinery as per the work schedule.
- Coordinate between civil, erection, and electrical teams for seamless workflow.

**2. Civil Work Supervision**:

- Oversee excavation, foundation, concreting, and RCC/plinth works as per design specifications.
- Ensure proper curing, shuttering, leveling, and quality checks on civil structures.
- Maintain daily progress reports and ensure target timelines are met.

**3. Tower Erection Supervision**:

- Supervise installation of tower structures including foundation bolt alignment and mast assembly.
- Monitor safety protocols during erection using cranes or gin poles.
- Ensure tower alignment, verticality, and bolting are as per standard norms.

**4. Electrical Work Monitoring**:

- Oversee electrical grounding, earthing pits, power cabling, and DB box installation.
- Ensure installation of aviation lights, solar panels (if applicable), and electrical panels.
- Coordinate with licensed electricians for meter connections and commissioning.

**5. Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain site diaries, DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), and photographic records.
- Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety and quality standards (IS/IEC/NBC etc.).
- Assist in inspection visits and handover procedures with client/PMC.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- 2+ years of on-site experience in telecom tower or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, tower erection methods, and electrical systems.
- Good communication and team leadership skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and BOQ/specs.
- Willingness to travel and work at remote project locations.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with telecom companies (e.g., Reliance Jio, Airtel, Indus Towers, etc.)
- Knowledge of structural safety norms and basic AutoCAD
- Valid two-wheeler driving license

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
