Position: Architect

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience: 2 to5 years of proven experience in the field

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed architectural plans for various projects**
**- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements**
**- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations, with a focus on KMBR rules**
**- Bring innovative ideas and creative solutions to the design process**
**- Manage projects from concept to completion**
**- Maintain effective communication with project teams and clients**
**- Uphold a high standard of design quality and functionality**
**- With experience in designing and supervising shopping malls, villas, apartments, parks and theaters.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
