**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to craft engaging and user-centric designs for our digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform user needs and business objectives into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine user experiences.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong portfolio of design projects (include link if applying).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Familiarity with design systems like Material UI or Tailwind CSS components.
- Experience working in agile/scrum development environments.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
