Daily sales target achievement follow up of sales team and reporting
- Taking dealer distributor suggestions and feedbacks directly and report to the GM / Management
- Ensuring customer database is up to date and all the relevant documents are filed properly
- Communication of all kind of information to sales team, channel partners, influencers etc as per management requirement
- Price and scheme communications to Sales team and channel partners
- Coordination for required documents for new dealers and distributors with sales team
- Ensure that all the relevant sales documents, approvals etc are properly maintained and filed.
- Support for sending all sales and marketing collaterals, samples, catalogues for retail, trade shows etc
- Verifying the TA / DA, Expense claims of sales team and coordinating with finance team for the payments
- Incentive calculations of sales team
- Various reports required for sales team daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual frequency
- Work closely with other departments and cross functional teams to review progress resolve issues and ensure high level customer satisfaction during sales engagement. Also coordinating with sales team for documents required from the sales team for other departments
- Coordinate with operations department to ensure that deliveries are met within 48 hours TAT
- Support for Government tenders, Projects sales, Online sales registrations etc
- Support for sales team meetings, minutes for the meetings, follow up on the minutes and ensure executions with sales team
- To inform all resolved issues and non - resolved issues timely to reporting manager. To effectively liaise with other departments for solutions
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,144.70 - ₹25,000.00 per month
