**Position**: SEO Trainee
**Internship duration**:3 months

**Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT or a relevant degree

**Mode of work**:Work from office only
**Job Location**:Vadodara, Gujarat

The SEO executive is responsible for improving the websites of clients to increase web traffic. They focus on keyword research, limiting the repetition of content and building links. He/She works on technical audits, site-migration and works with the cross-departmental team in implementing recommended SEO changes for improved site visibility in search engines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop content optimization strategies that increase client’s search engine results rankings
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the websites
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
- Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
- Work on backlinking Strategies to Drive Traffic and Domain Authority
- Understanding of on page/off page SEO concepts
- Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
- Ability to summarize data concisely

**Requirements and skills**:

- Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of recent history of Google algorithm updates
- Knowledge of the core fundamental principles of SEO and its purpose
- Knowledge of programming languages such as PHP and JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Knowledge of social media platforms and its usage
- Ability to multi-task and open to changing direction
