**Location**: Gurgaon, India

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer suitable properties.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Conduct property tours for potential buyers, providing detailed information about properties, neighbourhoods, and market conditions.
- Prepare and present compelling property presentations.
- Negotiate terms of sale to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
- Prepare and present offers to sellers, and facilitate the negotiation process.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, ensuring all necessary documents are in order.
- Coordinate with clients, lawyers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth closing process.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, prices, and developments in Gurgaon.
- Provide clients with market analysis reports and expert advice.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year of experience in Real estate sales.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Gurgaon.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
