**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the smooth running of the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, networking, system administration, and CCTV.
- Manage and monitor the company's network and servers to ensure maximum uptime and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data security and integrity.
- Install and configure software, hardware, and peripherals.
- Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades of hardware and software.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective use of technology.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- A diploma in system administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT.
- Knowledge of hardware networking, system administration, and CCTV.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
