Job Title: Event Sales Executive

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events sector (corporate events, weddings, social gatherings, etc.).

Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Develop customized event proposals and close sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and prospects.

Coordinate with the operations and creative teams to ensure event requirements are met.

Attend networking events and industry functions to generate leads.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or a related field.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
