**Job Title**: Heavy Fabrication Technician

Autocal Engineers Global Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a **Heavy Fabrication Technician** for its Chakan, Pune facility. We are looking for skilled and dedicated individuals with a background in metal fabrication to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fabrication & Assembly**:
Construct large metal components and structures using processes like cutting, welding, and machining.
- **Blueprint Reading**:
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precision in fabrication.
- **Quality Control**:
Conduct inspections and testing to maintain product quality and compliance with safety standards.
- **Machine Operation**:
Operate heavy fabrication equipment including welding machines, CNC machines, and hydraulic presses.
- **Safety Compliance**:
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- **Troubleshooting**:
Identify and resolve issues during the fabrication process.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience in metal fabrication or a related field (vocational training or apprenticeship preferred).
- Proficiency in welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW).
- Ability to read blueprints and operate fabrication machinery.
- Strong physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
