CNC Supervisor

**Department**: Production / PCB Manufacturing

**Location**: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- CNC **drilling and routing** operations for PCB manufacturing.
- Ensure all work meets **IPC** quality standards and internal specifications.
- Monitor production output, optimize machine utilization, and reduce downtime.
- Train and support CNC operators and junior technicians.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on CNC machines.
- Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance.
- Work closely with CAM, Quality, and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
- Minimum **3-5 years** experience in CNC machining, preferably in **PCB manufacturing**.
- Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication processes (especially **drilling and routing**).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting **Gerber**, **Excellon**, and **routing data**.
